Newton Laboratories, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Belgian-born Luc Chaltin, D.I.Hom., N.D. Dr. Chaltin has been a homeopathic practitioner since 1965, when he cured himself from tuberculosis with a newly discovered technique of homeopathic prescribing. Dr. Chaltin emigrated to the United States of America in 1982 with the dream of starting a homeopathic laboratory that would expand the scope of homeopathy. This expansion is designed to address the escalating incidence of chronic, environmental diseases, from which Dr. Chaltin had suffered much of his life. In 1995, Newton Laboratories, Inc. moved into our present 7,500 square foot building that houses a complete laboratory, manufacturing area and office space.

Newton Laboratories, Inc. manufactures single remedies and complex remedies in liquid and pellet form. We manufacture a comprehensive line of OTC complexes for people and pets. There are separate and distinct lines of complexes for health care practitioners and veterinarians. Newton also has medicinal ointments and mother tinctures for first aid. We also produce numerous homeopathic kits for the treatment of first aid and common ailments. Newton also provides health practitioners with their own Magistral formulations. All remedies are hand succussed and produced in accordance with the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States.

Newton Laboratories specializes in the French, or Clinical, approach to homeopathy with an emphasis on �drainage�.

Newton Laboratories, Inc. invests heavily in the education of lay-persons and practitioners as to the benefits of homeopathic medicine. We are involved in supporting CAMA (Complementary/Alternative Medicine Association), a Georgia based organization of health practitioners formed to educate citizens to the benefits of complementary/ alternative medicine, advance its practice and promote freedom in health care choices. Dr. Luc Chaltin has founded the American Academy of Clinical Homeopathy to provide a correspondence course and structured education in Clinical Homeopathy. Newton Laboratories, Inc. and The American Academy of Clinical Homeopathy regularly provide lectures to the public throughout the United States. We have assisted in setting up homeopathic labs in Siberia and West Africa.
